Situation
My client was running ads on Google but doing it himself. His campaigns were set to ‘Smart Campaigns’ which is not the correct campaign settings for most businesses.
His ads were generating a lot of traffic but few conversions.
Task
The biggest improvement to Woodworks’ lead generation was focusing their budget advertising budget on fewer, higher-quality clicks.
Action
I ran search campaigns for the variety of services he offers.
I put more into his budgets in spring and early summer, when people are booking their summer projects.
Result
We’re on our 3rd season of working together. Last year he had more leads than he had more work than he could service with one team, so he’s since expanded.
